John and Pam McAuliffe began this family Home cleaning business in 1979 providing first class House Cleaning and Window Cleaning services in the Diamond Valley district; (North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne). We are proud to say that we were one of the earliest Home cleaning Companies to begin operations here in Melbourne.

It was in the early eighties when the Baby Boomer generation began settling down, and were starting their families, that Pam initiated the plan to begin a Business called "Pam's Home Help." Pam recognised that there was a great need for a local Domestic cleaning Service, because at that time, there were not many House Cleaning Services available. John had already started the Window cleaning Service, and so it was only a short time later, that both of these new services were well and truly up and running.

We appreciated the fact that Cleaning services were no longer just a casual luxury; reserved only for the wealthy among us. There was an enormous demand for Home Help services from all kinds of people who had different needs, and we were determined to throw all of our energies into satisfying the growing demand for these services. We gradually developed a team of the best available Domestic Cleaners and Window cleaners who could assist busy individuals and families.

The cleaning industry flourished, and throughout the Eighties and Nineties, many other Cleaning Companies had sprung up; however, we were confident that we would sustain and continue what we had already established; which was, and still is, a rock solid Domestic cleaning and Window Cleaning service for thousands of Melbournians.

It is very clear to us, that today, more and more clients are in need of good quality Home Services, however, you are also now far more discerning and concerned about who you will engage for your Cleaning requirements.
